Eprompter has been working for me for a long time. According to Wikipedia, as quoted:
“Since 2007, there have been many compatibility issues with Hotmail, Yahoo, GMail and Live Mail accounts, primarily due to said email services regularly changing their profile, system and accessibility. The Eprompter team is constantly working on resolving these issues, usually with some degree of success.â€
Since abandoning Eprompter, I have found new and much better software called “Windows Live Mail†for desktop from Microsoft and the software is totally free. It has much more functionalities than Eprompter and it supports multiple accounts from any type of webmails, i.e. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, Live Mail, etc. including POPS and IMAP. It also provides mail folder synchronization between server and your Desktop. You can also create local storage to permanently archive with a simple “drag and dropâ€. It has all the functionalities of Windows Outlook Express and more. Why waste your time with Eprompter?
