Well Sandip, I am afraid there are no free services which can do that.., but have a look at this premium service – http://www.trixiepixgraphics.com/scanshtm/c-1.html
this one can generate the clipping, but without the photo – http://www.fodey.com/generators/newspaper/snippet.asp
