The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) is the be-all and end-all of movie sites. There’s everything that you need to know here about what’s on, what’s been on and what’s coming up. If a movie’s been made or is in production, it will be on this site.The amount of information and links on IMDB is astonishing. Actors’ biographies and photographs, movie news, trailers and links to the official movie site will keep you coming back to the site again and again. This site doesn’t just cover mainstream movies but also has a section for indie films including arthouse and international films.
Now, IMDB has started to offer free movies and TV shows. In a statement, IMDB said that more than 6000 full length movies and TV shows will be available to its users for FREE. Star shows like 21, Big Brother, CSI, Family Guy, The Simpsons etc. will be available for free for all registered users. Also vintage TV shows like ‘Beverly Hills, 90210′, ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ can be relished for free on the site.
IMDB has also decided to offer a platform for young filmmakers and other aspiring people to upload their performances and the audience being the subscribers and users.
