this addon is really a hot find & the auther one of the same editor works great and i think is more practical for an every day usage .
in my firefox 3.07 it really accelerate my dowloads : 500Ko/s and that just in the firefox integrated download manager

Its actually good…but only side effect is the upload limit cap…

This one is a nice plugin for those who seldom download torrent. Save some space without needing to install bitorrent software.

Thanks for visiting and letting us know the problem. i am not exactly sure what the problem is. It got installed properly on Firefox 3.0.4. Since your firefox version is in beta and the addon itself is in alpha, there might be some issues. Please try to downgrade your firefox to a stable version of 3.0.5 if you can or just wait for the beta release of FireTorrent, which should be coming next week.

I like all your post and thank you for sharing them. Now, I wanted to download the Fire Torrent extension. I am running Firefox 3.1.Beta 2 and it does not let me install this extension. It says that I must run Firefox 3 and higher.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Regine

i agree for utorrent. but if you download once in a blue moon this might come in handy. btw good luck with the new ff series!
