@Pavan,
Thanks for writing in and posting a different view on this. Why I think your observations might not hold good now?
1. You used it 2.5 years back. that is a hell lot of time for a software product. Just imagine the amount of changes it would have gone through in this time.
2. I tested it on my notebook which is having 512mb RAM (which is not huge by any scale) and on the PC (with 2GB RAM) and it never consumed more memory than required. Moreover you are required to use it only for a while and not continuously.

I have used it some two and a half year back. I dont recommend this if you want to run it all the time to optimize your RAM as this itself eats us huge ram. The versions I used at that time used to consume my PC resources, I cant give them so much resources... Anyway, this is in my view and from the view of low resource PC users...

@Nihar,
I have used System Mechanic as well. But I found this much better. Not performance wise, but the ease-of-use. I found System mechanic to be resource intensive at times, but BoostSpeed is better in that aspect

I am right now using System Mechanic. Have you use this and compared the both. I have also made a post on auslogisc some time back. but it was auslogics defrag tool. I didn't notice that they have a other product with all other features.

@stratos,
I am surprised! You never defragment your drives? you never clean the registry? you never clean the junk files accumulated? if you see the article - "Rather than being only a PC optimizer, BoostSpeed is a complete system maintenance tool."
If you are referring to boosting internet speed, it is just one of the 18+ features, for which I didnt see any difference as I have mentioned. rest of the things are really useful and worth the cost.
