  1. Cool list! I am so far behind on Lost right now that I’m just trying to avoid spoilers. I’m still on Season 3. I very rarely watch anything when it’s first on.

I just got caught up on Battlestar Galactica – I LOVE that show and should have been watching it all along.

  2. i was just wondering if it was possible to watch the lost episodes on the abc site if were arent in the states..because im from canada and it wont let me! and the other sites are sketchy…they make you download some zango thing first.

    • Hi Rachel,
Welcome to techpp.com. My apologies for not letting you know that abc.com won’t let people outside US to view the episodes. If you don’t mind using proxies, you will be able to watch the episodes on abc.com, or else you have 9 other options anyway!

  3. best one i found was lost-streams.com got over 50,000 hits on premiere day.

  4. Don’t forget watchinglostonline.com :)

  5. Another site is watchlostonlinenow.com. The more sites in the list the better I say!

  6. ABC is good for watching Seasons 1-4, but they don’t show all episodes for Season 5. They do not respond to emails, either (so far). Cannot find via the internets why this is the case. All the goodwill generated from letting me catchup to 4 via their site was sucked away, once I realized Season 5 is listed with only the latest, but not earlier, episodes with no explanation and no email support.

  7. Why doesn’t ABC.com have season 5 episodes before episode 15? Very weird.

Why doesn’t ABC.com have season 5 episodes before episode 15? Very weird

The reason is that they have to walk a fine line . . . they offer these on-line episodes during the season so that if someone misses one or two or starts late, they can catch up (as it is a serial show). However, at this point they do not want to have the entire season on-line as it would start to lesson the potential audience for the Season 5 DVD release in Dec. At this point if you need back episodes (as I do, I just watched season 1-4 on DVD in 2 months) they know you are a potential DVD customer. If I could watch them starting now, I would not rent/buy the 5th season. I hope to find them with these others ways. Not to cheat the money – could care less . . . but the fact is I do not want this to stop (watching about an episode every other day or so). I would buy/rent the DVD series right now if it were out. 24 does its DVD right after the season ends, Lost waits.

Can you tell me which of these sites work overseas as well?

  10. Great list! Does anyone know what time the episodes get posted to abc.com?

  11. Anyone whos outside the US, you can watch content on ABCs site if you buy a vpn service like hidemynet or witopia. I’ve used both but am currently only using hidemynet. Using it to watch lost on hulu/abc from japan.
