Belarc Advisor builds a detailed profile of your installed software and hardware, missing Microsoft hotfixes, anti-virus status, CIS (Center for Internet Security) benchmarks, and displays the results in your Web browser. All of your PC profile information is kept private on your PC and is not sent to any web server.

In simple terms, Belarc Advisor shows all the hardware and software installed on your PC right in your Web browser. You will see personalized advice on how well software and hardware products will work with your computer, along with a detailed description of your computer profile. The program also keeps your software serial numbers.

It runs on Windows Vista, 2003, XP, 2000, NT4, ME, 98 & 95 as well. It is FREE to use for personal use.
