Hi,
robbers broke in to my house 2 days ago and they took 3 of my laptops really sad about it but I was wondering if anyone knows how to track them they DO NOT have any tracking systems on them. Somebody please try and help me.

is there any solution to avoid formatting the hard disk by the thief?
because thieves are enough wise these days, they will not take risk of using laptop without formatting everything, and installing new OS.
is there any solution to avoid this?

Seems to work pretty good and is free, but is windows only and lacks some features that paid programs have.
