First of all, I am very sorry for the delay in the announcement of winners. The thing is, initially I had some issues with the logistics of the contest (prizes delivery and other stuff) and then the validation of each and every entry took much more time than i expected. Anyway I am ready with the results now and before announcing the 2 lucky winners i must thank you all for taking out your time and participating in the contest.
We had around 47 comments to the post but only 25 valid entries. I was expecting much better response since the prizes at stake are really good, but then not everything goes as per your expectations right?! Each of the contest entries’ points were converted to tickets. All the contest participants’ names(as per the number of tickets) were entered in Randomizer and “Randomize” button was clicked once to choose the FIRST winner. After that, all the entries of this person was taken out and “Randomize” button was clicked again to choose the SECOND winner.
So, here are the 2 winners -
- Jason – wins Merlin M55 watch phone worth $265
- Karthik – wins Merlin BT sunglasses with Mp3 player worth $132
Both the winners have been sent an individual mail containing details on the prizes and mode of delivery. I expect them to either comment to this post or reply back to my e-mail with their home address within next 7 days. If not, the prize will be given to another contestant, who will be chosen via the Randomizer.

Congrats for the winners. But the bad thing is that, out of 47 comments only 25 are valid. I’m quite surprise about that. I hope I’m not one of the valid entries.=)

Just to be clear, other 22 comments were general chit-chat comments. Totally there were around 108 entries in randomizer (including multiple tickets).
