When you need to share a document with a large group of people, Adobe’s PDF is the recommended format. The files are small, accurate and viewable on just about any platform. You do not need to worry about formatting, fonts, resolution etc.

There are quite a few free software available to create or convert a file to PDF. But what if you are away from home, or need more features, like the ability to edit PDF files or create them directly from other documents? Solution is to look for Free online services.

Top 10 Free Online PDF Creators

1. PrimoPDF

PrimoPDF allows you to upload a file and receive it back as a PDF via email. It can handle more than 300 common file types and convert them to PDF. It is very easy to use but make sure your original document is less than 5MB in size. There is absolutely no watermark or marketing link created.

2. PDF Hammer

With PDF hammer you can combine multiple PDF files into a single file. It lets you upload multiple files, then rearrange, reorder and delete pages, and merge them into a single document. I have tried some of them and they are decent, but I opted to organise Acrobat Ellements from a friend and installed it on my laptop and now it’s so much easier.

This way I don’t have to be connected to the internet and all.
