I liked the LightBox plugin, the effect is really cool. I’m sure many of these plugins use jQuery!
Excellent information. Finding a few such solutions has taken hours in the past.
Thank u.
Lightbox is my favourite but it wouldn’t be to those who want to make money with Ad Impressions. Great post.
Thanks so much for the great summary. I have been looking for a great gallery plug-in for one of my clients and this gives me several good choices to test.
Very good information, thanks a lot.
Useful summary of wordpress gallery plugin. But I’m looking somethink like carousel gallery. Where admin of wordpress only fills the url of images and on main page appears slideshow gallery.
A nice list of plugins, sure to make any blog stand out.
Thanks, Raju. This should point me in the right direction to find a gallery solution for my site. I’ve also tried some of the sidebar widget galleries, but with modest success. I’d love to hear your thoughts on those, as well.
Thanks for the writeup, Raju. One interesting note: picasna requires PHP 5, so those hosts that are stuck on PHP4 will get a really nasty error message if they try to use the plugin. Otherwise, the design looks pretty cool: it filters on a picasa web album link and replaces it with a widget. Nice design!
