Heres something to think about… yes it sucks to have your phone jacked, and yes its an awesome technology cause if u left your phone in your car that was stolen, or someone was kidnapped its great to have. What I would like to see more of is software to prevent tracking by the owner or would at least be able to let you know if u were being tracked and by whom. Set it up so that the detection software can only be accessed by the owner of the phone. install both tracking and detecting on your kids phones and lock them out. Call it parents permission. What Im getting at is that this same miracle software is a double edged sword and should go both ways. I know for a fact that there are some real jerks out there that would love to stalk their exs and what better way to do it? I think those people being stalked would like to know if their psycho ex is following them. Conversely, wouldnt we all like to make sure that the same ex is plenty far away? Besides, most of this software is sold under the guise of catching your cheating spouse, shouldnt we give them an edge as well; to at least make the game fair?

I would have loved to help, but my article is NOT about finding already LOST phones. It is about tracking phones with the help of GPS, which can also be used for tracking phones in case they get lost or stolen

I have never tried any of the extra features of GPS system. However, i have heard of many Parents using GPS to monitor their children.
