Late Wednesday night, history was created. The United States stormed into their first ever FIFA confederations cup Final since they started playing in 1916. Just a few days ago, they were on verge of elimination from the Confederations Cup, but now they find themselves in the final of the World Cup test event thanks to a stunning 2-0 victory over top-ranked Spain.

They will be meeting the mighty Brazilians in the finals this Sunday, 28th June 2009 and personally I am undecided whom to root for. Brazil has always been my favorite team but then the way US have played in the last week, I won’t be surprised if they give Brazil a run for their money in the finals at Coca-Cola Park, Johannesburg. It surely gonna be rocking!!
