I have worked with Ubuntu and gOS. I have also done my research, while Google and gOS claim to be separate I regret to point out that gOS has a cloud computing link in the nav bar. In the cloud page it references an OS in testing that will be coming out in 2010. Sound like any other OSs we know of, maybe Chrome OS?

That screen shot is by ‘Good OS”, first it was name as gOS – some thought earlier it was google OS but no .. it is a scale down version of Ubuntu

According to Google, the updates will be live-based. There wont be scheduling of updates. This is possible cos the OS will be cloud based.

well thats what majority would say atleast..but u never know with google’s midas touch
But remember MS’s still sending us updates for the mistakes they did from late 90′s..dont knw what google guys will come up with
