I have a quick and a sweet announcement to make. Technically Personal is now included as an AllTop feed under Top Tech News! This is quite special since we will be sharing the space with some high profile Technology blogs like TechCrunch, Mashable, RWW, PC World, Lifehacker and others.
You would need to scroll way down to the bottom to find the TechPP feed (since it was added just yesterday). For the uninitiated, AllTop is a popular aggregator of RSS feeds and a brain child of Guy Kawasaki. He describes AllTop as “an ‘online magazine rack‘ that displays the news from the top publications and blogs.”
I am not such a big fan of AllTop. This is because I believe it is there to help all those moms and dads and grandmas and not really for geeks like me. It is a simple app which does what it is meant to do quite convincingly. The minimalist design also works very well, as it ensures that the user focuses on finding stories as opposed to how pretty the site is.
Let’s just enjoy this sweet moment at a time when we are fast approaching our first anniversary!
