CuteFTP Home is one of the most popular FTP (File Transfer Protocol) clients and is used to transfer files between your computer and File Transfer Protocol (FTP) servers. CuteFTP offers fast, secure transfers and supports anonymous and single use passwords. This FTP program supports popular security protocols like SSH, SSL/TLS encryption, HTTPS pages and several ciphers, including TripleDES, Blowfish and Twofish. CuteFTP also supports on–the–fly compression and compression to .zip, .cab and .gzip type files. 4096 bit RSA PGP keys can be used with CuteFTP without any additional tool.

CuteFTP has just about everything you could want in FTP software, it supports secure transfers, has a site manager, folder tools and numerous global options. CuteFTP offers some of the best transfer security you will find in an FTP program. Unlike many FTP programs, CuteFTP is equipped to manage podcasts and audio files and includes an HTML editor.

    I’ve been always a fan of Cute Ftp.

    I use cute ftp daily to upload setup files to operate my Free software downloads site . But I use the trial version and need to format my pc monthly to continue using it after the trial expiration period.

    It would be nice if I win the licence as I would save my time without the need to format my computer every month..:)

    Using Total Commanders integrated FTP tool, but it’s sometimes a bit limited. This would be a great addition, so I’m in.

    Only the Pro Version can (FXP) – Transfer files from one FTP server to another, nevertheless it is a good program.

    I’ve been using FileZilla for quite sometime, and I dear say that I am quite happy with it. I don’t see the point in anyone giving $45 for this software.

    Of course since it is a paid one it may have some better code implementations and an effective support system, but hey I didn’t need any help when I started out with FileZilla and it almost has identical features like CuteFTP. Even the interface seems quite identical.

    Well I’ll be trying out this one for sure. (but my hearts with FileZilla! Go Free Software :D )

    I´m a long-term user of FlashFXP, must be well over 10 years now
