I also installed VBox Additions with VBox 3.12, running fine. After installing, run that sudo command and reboot, more english gets shown, the localization menu option allows you to get more into english. Looks nice and very fast but I hate this kernal as VBox guest additions refuses to install (kernal recompile error 9).
