Fantastic article and I followed it and was verified in minutes. I wish twitter would allow everyone to verify instead of only celebrities, Google is one up on Twitter on this verification process.

Google Checkout has it, why not use Checkout to verify.

It doesn’t work for Poland either. Since it’s about using a credit card, this shouldn’t be an issue to expand it to other countries. Paypal uses such verification for a while already.
