The year 2010 has started with a bang with 3 major tech events – Google’s Android conference, Microsoft’s CES 2010 and Apple’s iPad event, all taking place in the first month of the year. The fourth major tech event is here – Microsoft’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2010
The Windows mobile fans have major expectations as rumors about Microsoft may unveil Windows Mobile 6.5.3 & 7 at MWC 2010 are floating from last few days. Also there are talks about Windows Mobile Starter edition which will come in two editions one with Office and another without office.
Not just Microsoft, MWC is a place where major mobile retailers and manufacturers like Nokia, Samsung, HTC, Sony Ericsson and so on announces their upcoming mobile technologies and handsets. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer will host a press conference at MWC 2010 on February 15 starting at 6 AM PST (Pacific Standard Time).
