OpenOffice.org, in spite of all its claims, still has poor support for MS-Office file formats. I had unused Office 2000 and it is working so beautifully with the Office 2007 Compatibility pack. Goodbye OpenOffice.org! You saved my day man!! Thank you. It also came on just at the right time for me.
