A non-Apple gadget news after a long time! The much awaited Nokia N8 has been announced and it boasts some impressive specifications like 12 megapixel camera, HD Video, on-device editing suite and a revamped Symbian^3 OS.
The Nokia N8′s 12 megapixel camera has Carl Zeiss optics and a Xenon flash in addition to other beefy specs like 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, HDMI output, 16GB of internal storage, a microSD expansion slot, HD video recording, access to Ovi Store apps, free Ovi Maps walk and drive navigation.

Nokia N8 – Pricing and Availability
The Nokia N8 is set to be released in Q3 2010, with the official price being €370. In US, it might cost around $500 and in India around Rs.22,000 before tax.
The major downside with Nokia N8 seems to be its non-removable battery. We are yet to get an official confirmation about this. We will update the page with more details soon.
