The iPod Touch 2G might not be able to utilize iPhone OS 4.0 to its fullest, but still it's gonna be a must-have upgrade.

A big news! Apple might actually be kicking out Google search from iPhones and replace it with Microsoft's Bing. TechCrunch reports that this might very well happen since they have got hold of the news from multiple sources who claims to have been briefed on the matter. The sources include those at Apple as well as Google.

There were always speculations about Microsoft and Apple being in talks relating to search deal for iPhone operating system. The actual reason for ousting Google search is unknown but TechCrunch speculates the reason like this
Multiple sources at Google tell us that in informal discussions with Apple over the last few months Apple expressed dismay at the number of core iPhone apps that are powered by Google. Search, maps, YouTube, and other key popular apps are powered by Google. Other than the browser, Apple has little else to call its own other than the core phone, contacts and calendar features.
I would find it really surprising if Google search is completely kicked out of iPhone OS. But the recent rumors of Steve Ballmer making an appearance at WWDC 2010 ehances the credibility of these rumors. Yes, Microsoft quickly...

xbox-project-natal-price

All the speculations about Project Natal's pricing should end here (not quiet yet!). According to some trusted sources, Project Natal will be released on October 26th 2010 and will be priced at $149 in US. This price is a lot higher than what the hardcore gamers were expecting hoping it to be. Even the Sony Playstation's MOVE is expected to be priced much lower than Natal, though Natal does offer more than just motion gaming. Microsoft will bundle the motion sensing camera with Xbox 360 Arcade console for $299. Some European retailers had earlier suggested that Natal will be priced at €150, thankfully the actual price will not be that high. The source reveals that the worldwide launch will be on October 26th, but the date could yet shift by a few weeks either way. It is also rumored that Microsoft is keen to rechristen Project Natal to some interesting and catchy name very soon. We can expect that to happen during the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2010. Will you still be buying Natal at $149? Do share your...

I am sure, most of the people on the internet would have come across the term Phishing by now and a considerable percentage of them understand that the phishing usually takes place via eMail and Instant messaging services. The modus-operandi of these phishing attacks have been to entice the users to click on a link sent via eMails or IMs or social networking sites.
Most phishing attacks depend on an original deception. If you detect that you are at the wrong URL, or that something is amiss on a page, the chase is up. You’ve escaped the attackers. In fact, the time that wary people are most wary is exactly when they first navigate to a site.
Aza Raskin's latest PoC (proof of concept) brings into light a brand new form of phishing - called Tabjacking.

What is Tabjacking?

Tabjacking (or Tabnabbing) is a new ingenious phishing attack. It basically refers to a website that is changing its look and feels to a fake website after some time of inactivity. It is about a page we’ve been looking at, but will change behind our backs, when we aren’t looking. Aza demonstrates this right on his website. Just visit his blog post on Firefox (or...
