GMail is consistently evolving and adding new and nice features frequently. The latest entrant is Google Maps Preview for GMail which is available via Google Labs for now. This is a handy new addition to Gmail and Buzz.

Once you enable the option, a preview appears at the bottom of the e-mail each time the user receives an e-mail featuring an address. Maps can also be sent directly using the Google Maps URL. Users can now paste Maps URLs in Google Buzz, as well.

As always, US gets the priority. At present, the feature is only available for U.S. addresses; Google is working on rolling the feature out for more locations. Users can enable the preview in Gmail via the Labs tab located in the service’s settings.
