Users who love to tweak around the Windows OS settings would be aware of X-Setup Pro, a not so well-known but immensely effective and useful premium system configuration and tweaking utility for Windows. X-Setup Pro is known for its simple-to-use UI with options to change more than 1800 hidden settings and configurations in Windows.
Sadly enough, the developer has run into losses and hence decided to cease operations. However, good news is that the program will now be available for FREE for everyone to download and use.
Note that X-Setup Pro does not work on Windows 7 but works on Win9x/NT/200x/XP/Vista. It can be installed or used as a portable edition.
