USB to Ethernet Connector lets you connect to any USB device located on a remote PC on a local network or the Internet. You will be able to work with it as with a local USB device and applications working with it won’t even see the difference. USB to Ethernet Connector works with a USB driver at the system level. It intercepts USB port activity for the shared device and redirects it via TCP/IP to a remote site, where it is handled appropriately.
It helps you share a USB device over network among multiple computers so people from all over the world (or your office) can use it. USB to Ethernet Connector lets you access your printer, scanner, web-cam, USB dongle or any other supported USB device from your home PC, office laptop or anywhere any time! Just plug the device in and it will automatically appear on the remote side of the connection.
To achieve such functionality, USB to Ethernet Connector is installed on both computers that take part in the communication process. Therefore, USB to Ethernet uses client-server architecture – server side has the USB device physically attached to it, while client side connects to remote server and uses the services it provides, but each side can be a client and a server at the same time. USB to Ethernet Connector shares USB ports rather than devices.
The benefit of this approach is that you may plug in a USB device, connect to it from the remote host, detach the device and plug in another one, and it will automatically appear at the client side. Among its key-features are an unlimited number of USB devices that can be shared, auto-connecting to new USB devices whenever you plug them in and working with virtual machines.
The software is compatible with Windows XP/2000/Vista and Win 7.

Hi Raju, thank you very much for this giveaway. I don’t know this software, but it seems to have a lot of possibilities and to be really useful. Please count me in if possible. Thanks in advance. Cheers.
Like others I never knew of the existence of this software but it would certainly be beneficial for as at the present time I am confined to lying flat on my back in bed courtesy of pressure on the sciatic nerve and I can only use my laptop. With the laptop I am limited in what devices I can contact on my network of servers and desktops with their attached devices so it would be especially beneficial to me to be a recipient of one of these offered licenses.
Regards Leigh D Stebbins

This looks like and awesome piece of software. Please count me in the draw! I always link a expensive 32GB flash drive to my work PC and run multiple portable applications from it. But sometimes I have do go do work from other computers on a network using. If I could access the programs on my flash drive without having to disconnect it and bring it with me each time that would so very convenient. This software seem like the implementation of a brilliant idea! Thanks for setting up the promotion for this Raju – I hope I win as I could really get heaps of use from this software.

This looks like a great utility/app for anyone
using VMware ESX/ESXi, as you don’t have access
to the USB ports like you do in vmware workstation/player.
I’d love to see how this works on my ESXi install at home.
I have a few USB devices (security reader/tuner/camera),
that I’d like to see how it operates.
Various other ways to achieve USB connectivity to this
and other sharing, was very kludgey, and didn’t run
USB2.0 speeds, and at times, very, very, very slow.
I’m pulling down the trial for this and a few other of
the utils from their site.
If it works well, I’d push to have our enterprise purchase
this product, as we have a large ESX4/vsphere/SAN install
that would allow access to other devices that are not
accessible from the cluster since they are not networked.
Looking at the site, the serial mux looks pretty interesting as well,
which would come in handy for console access to various servers
and networking equipment, (including devices in DMZ).
