tabbles-review Ever wondered how actually WinFS would have looked like if all its Relational Schemas, dreams and ideas were finally put to implementation. If I divulge myself further, thinking what it would have been, I would paint a picture which would resemble something much similar to what we know as Tabbles. After spending last few hours on this marvelous application, all I could say was “awesome”.  The developer has done a brilliant job with the design and WPF/F# has added all the flavors that you can expect from an eye-catchy and beautiful desktop app.

What is Tabbles?

Tabbles comes from two words tag + bubble.  It’s basically a file-organizer but with completely different views about organization. Its philosophy is that you don’t need to remember where the file is; rather it identifies and relates files with respect to each other by tags. So, instead of knowing where the file is you just needs to know what the file was about and you can easily find the file using its clean and uncluttered interface.

iphone-4-user-guide Here is a quick heads-up about the official iPhone 4 and iOS 4 user guide released by Apple. The 28-chapter, 244 page guide covers a host of iOS 4 features—including syncing and file sharing, all the core, pre-installed applications, iBooks, Nike + iPod functionality, and accessibility. The book includes tips specific to the iPhone 4, but it also includes tips for the 3GS and 3G. When a section of the manual is only applicable to a certain device, it is noted at the beginning of the section. If you've been using an iPhone for any length of time, you've probably figured out most of this stuff already. It's a good resource for new users, though. Just a couple of days since they stopped electronic withdrawals for Indian users, Paypal has successfully managed to get it back on track much to the jubilation of several Indian users. Dickson Seow from Paypal Asia Pacific team posted on the blog a few minutes back about the resumption of Electronic withdrawals.
We’ve received good news – India users can perform electronic withdrawals right now as you did before. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you over the past few days.
He continues with a claim of users appreciating the advance notice which must definitely shock several users who felt exactly otherwise. Remember, the notice was put on July 28th 2010 announcing that the Electronic withdrawals would be stopped starting July 29th! We are still not clear about what exactly the issue was and how exactly they managed to resolve it. Still, it comes as a relief for many. Another good news to add here is-
To thank you for your loyalty, we will still provide the US$5 processing fee refund for any cheque withdrawals made from July 29 until further notice.
