HTC Desire Z is officially announced at London today (along with HTC Desire HD). HTC Desire Z is an Android based QWERTY slider handset. Much like the T-Mobile G2, Desire Z features a QWERTY keyboard with user assigned keys and system-wide shortcuts that let you quickly launch your favorite apps.


HTC Desire Z looks like an indirect competition to Nokia E7 but falls short with a lax hardware specs.
