Chuck, the action-comedy-drama television series on NBC enters season 4 tonight, with lots of promises and expectations being better than season 3. The series is about an "average computer-whiz-next-door" who receives an encoded e-mail from an old college friend now working in the CIA, the message embeds the only remaining copy of the world's greatest spy secrets into Chuck's brain. Unlike the third season which was held as a midseason replacement, Chuck will appear on NBC's fall 2010 schedule in its traditional Monday 8/7c timeslot. Chuck Season 4 will air with "Chuck Versus the Anniversary", September 20, 2010. The season will receive a 13-episode order with an option of an additional nine episodes. Season four will guest star Linda Hamilton, Dolph Lundgren, Harry Dean Stanton, Olivia Munn, Steve Austin and Eric Roberts. It has been revealed that Chuck will be facing an individual villain instead of another organization, but there is speculation that The Ring will return in some capacity.
