Droid Bionic – Motorola’s Engineering Masterpiece!

Smartphone market is growing at a rapid pace. As per the latest survey conducted by Nielsen, four out of every ten mobile phones sold in US fall under smartphones. The market is flooded with Android based phones of Samsung, HTC, LG and Motorola. As of now Samsung takes major chunk of the Android sales.

Droid Bionic – the newly launched smartphone from Motorola is likely to give stiff competition to other brands in terms of technological capabilities. The phone is powered by 4G technology in association with Verizon carrier. With the exception of the price, the handheld device comes with great features and endless list of accessories. Originally scheduled to be launched in the 2nd quarter of 2011, it was delayed till Sept 8, 2011. The phone surfaced for the first time at the Consumer Electronic Show, 2011 along with other Motorola models, Atrix, Xoom and CLIQ2.
