This time we’ve got plenty of games, from free to some expensive ones, two apps coming from Google, an app to test early performance of Firefox versions, a camera app and plenty others. Let’s get the party started!
Google Helpouts (Free)
Google Helpouts has been launched by Google in the beginning of this month but only recently did the official Android app make it to the Play Store. Download and install it on your Android devices to get help from experts in just about any field. Even more, if you feel like you can teach something and you are got in a particular field, you could join as an expert yourself.
CyanogenMod Installer (Free)

GT Racing 2 (Freemium)
Gameloft has done it again, bringing on the PlayStore a racing game with awesome graphics. The sequel to one of the most popular handheld racing simulation games brings 67 licensed cars on 13 tracks, including the real Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. Google Text-to-Speech (Free)
The second Google app in our list, Google Text-to-speech, powers applications to read the text on your screen. For example, you could use this in Google Play Books to read your favorite book or in Google Translate to speak translations. It is not to Google’s products as it works with third-party apps, as well. The following languages are currently supported: English (United Kingdom), English (United States), French, German, Italian, Korean, Spanish.
Football Manager Handheld 2014 ($9.99)
Released by SEGA, Football Manager Handheld 2014 is one of the most expensive games in the Play Store, no doubt about it. But for the true aficionado, it’s well worth the price as it comes with a lot of realistic football management features, such as a realistic transfer system, media interaction, with questions from reporters, post-match analysis and many others. The My Club Mode let you to create your own club from scratch to live the ultimate football fantasy experience.
If always wanted to create collaborative videos with friends, then you can finally do that with the free JumpCam app. You can invite your friends to be co-stars in a movie that you make together and were you can add filters and music to all the moments of your life, like birthdays, concerts, parties, weddings and anything else. After you’ve finished, you can share your group video to: Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Email or even by SMS.
Another game by Gameloft brings Thor, the God of Thunder, in the official action-adventure game based on Marvel’s Thor: The Dark World theatrical film. It’s quite a big game as it will occupy 1.6 GB of your free space. Inside the game you get to train and fight alongside legendary Asgardians such as Sif, Heimdall and the Warriors Three. Thor can be “upgraded” and he can bring such abilities as teleportation and healing. As you advance in the game, you will be able to unlock and upgrade 10 powerful hammers and armor sets.
Band of the Day (Free)
Band of the Day app comes with an interesting concept – it brings you fresh music from one new artist a day, every single day. You won’t have to bother discovering new music as this app will make sure you discover new music everyday. The app is 100% free and comes with a good looking user interface, videos, photographs, biographies, and more.
Rayman Fiesta Run ($2.99)
The legendary platforming hero Rayman is back for a new adventure in Rayman Fiesta Run that is the sequel to Rayman Jungle Run. The game has more than 75 levels where you collect Lums to gain awesome rewards and power-ups. You will have to face and beat 3 new epic bosses if you want to reach the dreaded Land of the Livid Dead Island!
Firefox Beta (Free)
Firefox Beta is an Android app released by Mozilla so that users themselves could help refine and polish the newest features of the upcoming Firefox versions. Firefox Beta brings the latest performance, customization and security enhancements before they make it to our next version and your duty is to test them and help Mozilla improve the browser before it reaches its final form.
Final Fantasy V ($15.99)
Another quite expensive game, Final Fantasy V comes to Android players that are still loyal fans of this classic cult game. Help the young traveler Bartz find Princess Lenna of Castle. Tycoon, the mysterious Galuf and pirate captain Faris are the other heroes that await you to set out on an epic adventure.
Dayframe is an Android app that turns your Android device into a new photo frame. You can browse and share photos between Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, Google+, Dropbox, Flickr, Twitter, 500px, and more. If you have an old tablet lying around, then maybe it’s time to convert here into a digital photo frame with this app. It comes with an interactive slideshow and a screensaver timer, as well.
Halos Fun (Free)
This is one of those Android games that keep you glued to your screen and ignorant about the current hour. Halos Fun brings more than 100 levels of play, where you bounce off fun pins and bumpers while collecting your halos. Obviously, this is a game aimed at kids, but adults can have fun playing, as well. You can use special powers to solve puzzles in order to earn higher ratings. There’s no way on Earth you didn’t hear about the original Talking Tom apps that have been downloaded over 500 million times and reached no. 1 in 140 countries. Now, the developer has released the My Talking Tom Android app where you get to feed, play and nurture Tom. You can dress your own tom however you like, using different fur colors, hats and glasses. Of course, Tom still repeats everything you say and still manages to make you laugh.
