It’s Monday, so this means it’s that time of the week when we recap the best new Android apps that have been released in the Play Store. For the week ending on November 24, we have compiled ten new Android apps where you will find a chemistry app, three games, the official PlayStation and Xbox One SmartGlass app, a Google app, one Android app to get read for the BlackFriday shopping bonanza and some more. Let’s get this started!

PlayStation 4 has been commercially launched for U.S consumers and we have gone through the most relevant reviews and also analyzed the teardown. Now, Sony has also launched the official PlayStation Android app that you can use to see what your friends are playing and chat with them, receive notifications, game alerts, and invitations, and use your Android device as an on-screen keyboard for your PS4. You can also browse the PlayStation Store and  quickly access PlayStatio system guides and manuals.

FCC Speed Test (Free)

You can access real-time performance data on your device and historical results will also be available within the app.

Google Opinion Rewards (Free)

Google’s Opinion Rewards Android app allows you to answer quick surveys in order to earn Google Play credits. Once installed, you will notified about once a week that a short survey is ready for you, which questions like “When do you plan on traveling next?“. Currently only available to users located in the US, it’s a nice way to make a few extra bucks.

Periodic Table (Free)

This Android app has 118 elements, atomic, thermodynamic, material, electromagnetic, nuclear properties and reactivity for each element, as well as the electron shell diagram for each element. All nicely wrapped under a Holo interface that is pleasant for viewing.

Black Friday is right around the corner and Slickdeals wants you to be prepared. The Black Friday Android App by Slickdeals brings you a huge collection of Black Friday 2013 ad Scans, deals and coupons. You will get instant notifications when new Black Friday ad scans or deals are leaked or released and you will be able to include them in your shopping lists option, as well.

The SeatGeek Android app works like a search engine for tickets, searching from such big sites as StubHub, TicketsNow and eBay down to individual brokers. It will bring you the best deals from more than 140,000 sport, concert and live events. The app has an interactive seating chart that you can use to zoom in to row level to pick the perfect seat for you and your friends.

Farming Simulator 14 ($2.99)


Ever wondered how an agricultural farm works? Some of you might think that it is quite boring, but the Farming Simulator 14 wants to prove you wrong. It features real agricultural equipment from manufacturers like Case IH, Deutz-Fahr, Lamborghini, Kuhn, Amazone and Krone. The detailed 3D graphics and the fact that you can play with a friend makes it more entertaining than you were suspecting. Plant wheat, canola or corn and understand how the agriculture market works.

Xbox One SmartGlass (Free)

Now, it’s time to talk about the official Xbox One SmartGlass for Android. You will be able to navigate on your Xbox One console, control your media and set top box, browse the web on your TV and increase performance with faster connections. A Windows 8.1 app was also launched.

Harmony is an addictive puzzle game where you have rearrange blocks according to a palette of colors while listening to soothing music.  You have at your disposal an amazing number of over 1000 beautiful levels and 3-color to 10-color boards. The latter levels are insanely hard, as the developer says, so get ready for some hard time trying to figure out the solution.

Battleship 2 (Free)

As a kid, I remember that I used to play a lot of Battleship games at school. A very popular board game, the Battleship 2 sequel now brings the online multiplayer mode and lets you fight against players from all over the world. Use battleships, destroyers, bombers, mines, anti-aircraft defense, radars and other stuff to become the master of the sea.
