There’s just no stopping to these Angry Birds games, is it? Angry Birds Stella POP is the latest game from Rovio, which, however, isn’t about throwing birdies at pigs. This time, Rovio brings us a pretty nice bubble shooter where you have to match and pop bubbles in order to save critters and stop piggies and score big. Dungeon Hunter 5 (Free)

The new Dungeon Hunter 5 sequel from Gameloft is one of the best hack ‘n’ slash games that are currently available on the Google Play Store. The game comes with a single-player campaign, cooperative gameplay, asynchronous multiplayer, up to 46 pieces of armor and 150 swords, axes, and much more. Avast Battery Saver (Free)


Avast is a well-known security company, but now they want to help you get more from your smartphones’ battery life with the new Battery Saver app. It comes with smart profiles which are activated automatically based on time, location, and battery level. The App Consumption feature lets you detect and permanently stop power-draining apps. The app’s precise estimates of the remaining battery life are based on actual phone usage and historical data. So if you were looking for another easy to understand app to improve your battery life, this might be it.

Google PDF Viewer (Free)

Google has silently released the Google PDF Viewer app for Android users. Albeit it is intended for use in the context of the Android for Work Program, you can use it as a standalone app. Thus, it allows you to view, print, search and copy text from pdf documents wherever you are. There are many other apps which can perform these basic functions, but it’s always better to use something coming from Google.

Repair Battery Life (Free)


Repair Battery Life is another new useful app for Android users which is meant to help you improve your battery usage. It comes with a really simple interface that lets you boost your battery duration quite easily. There are a few battery tools at your disposal that let you adjust your battery usage. Besides the fact that it features many useful functions, the app looks pretty nice, as well.

Overkill 3 (Free)

Overkill 3 is a new action game from developer Craneballs, a game that follows up on the success of the previous shooter games. You will be able to make use of an arsenal of fully customizable guns ranging from classic shotguns, assault rifles, sniper rifles and machine guns to super-powered futuristic firearms. And it’s really not an overreach when they’re saying it comes with console quality graphics. Just check it out for yourself.

Wordathon (Free)

If you like word games, then you will most definitely enjoy Wordathon. The game uses a comprehensive dictionary and lets you see the list of common and obscure words you missed. You will also be able to compare your score with other players by using the leaderboard. The integrated dictionary lets you get the full meaning of a certain word and you can also check the lifetime score summary on the home screen.

Galaxy on Fire – Alliances (Free)

If you like space games, then you most definitely need to check out the new Galaxy on Fire – Alliances game. You play the role of an up-and-coming Commander of the Terrans, Nivelians or Vossk and you must claim and conquer a hitherto uncharted part of the galaxy known as the Shroud Nebula. The game comes with high-end 3D Graphics and spectacular SFX which look just as great on smartphones and on tablets.

Zombie Highway 2 (Free)

Zombie games will never disappear and we’re always seeing new ones being launched. Zombie Highway 2 is a game, as you might have guessed, where you have to get rid of zombies in order to survive. It is actually pretty fun, as I have been playing for the past 20 minutes. It comes with 6 redesigned cars from the first version, 17 -upgradable- weapons, 4 completely new super-weapons, 10 Zombie types and 58 challenging objectives.

HayDay (Free)


Supercell, the maker of popular game Clash of Cans, has now released Hay Day, another farm game for the lovers of the genre. The game lets you grow and customize your farm, trade crops and fresh goods with neighbors and friends through your very own roadside shop, fulfill orders with your truck and even by steamboat. You can also repair your dock and build your own town. So, what are you waiting for?
