I know you’ve missed our weekly roundup with some of the best new Android apps and games that have been released on the Play Store. That’s because we skipped the last week’s edition due to some personal problems. But now we’re back and we’ve got some nice titles to share with you, so let’s get started.

Microsoft Translator (Free)


When it comes to translation apps, Google Translate is by far the most used one, but it seems that Microsoft is confident in its own app. Microsoft Translator is a new app for Android users which helps you get instant translations in 50 languages on your Android smartphone, tablet or smartwatch. The app helps you pronounce the translation, allows you to bookmark your translations and synchronizes them between your devices.

March of Empires (Free)

Yet another strategy game from well-known developer Gameloft, March of Empires lets you claim your title as Highland King, Northern Czar or Desert Sultan as you wage constant war for real territorial conquest. Inside the game you will be able to dispatch armies, construct buildings, conquer territories and make strategic decisions. The title comes with detailed graphics and all the options needed to make it a great strategy game for Android.

Robinhood (Free)

Robinhood is a new Android app which is described as a commission free stock trading tool. The app enables users to easily buy and sell stocks right from their device. You just need to link the app to your bank account, transfer money to the app, and start buying stock. Similar services usually require up to $10 for every trade, which isn’t the case with this app.

Disneyland (Free)


The official Disneyland app is now available on the Play Store for the little ones. By using the app, you can buy your tickets, see wait times, browse maps, locate Disney Characters and check Wait Times, as well. So if you’re planning to visit Disneyland anytime soon, this is the app that you need to have on your Android device.

MSTY (Free)


MSTY (My Song To You) is a new music messaging app based on an original concept – it enables you to communicate with friends by combining songs with your own words and photos. So you just need to pick a song, take a photo, add your message and that’s it, you can now express your mood by using music.

Gathering Sky ($2.99)

Gathering Sky is the first app coming from A Stranger Gravity developer and it seems to be a very ingenious one. Your mission is to ‘guide a flock of birds on a playful journey across the sky‘. The soundtrack is performed by the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Down The Mountain (Free)

Described as a ‘unique and fast-paced arcade game that will keep you hooked for hours’, Down The Mountain is a new game that’s just perfect for those moments when you are looking for something to kill the time with. Your mission is to descend from an infinite mountain, while avoiding many obstacles and enemies, and grabbing stars and power-ups. The game comes with beautiful graphics, a challenging gameplay, 78 unlockable characters, 250 missions and more.

Card Crawl (Free)

If you’re a fan of card games, then Card Crawl, the first app coming from Arnold Rauers, is something you must check out. The free version of the game comes with 10 ability cards, the Normal-Mode and the Google Play service highscores. There are 25 unlockable ability-cards, a mini deck building feature. LEGO Batman: Beyond Gotham (Free)

LEGO Batman: Beyond Gotham is the latest sequel from Warner Bros for Lego fans. The game comes with more than 100 characters with amazing powers and abilities, including members of the Justice League, BIG LEGO Figures such as Solomon Grundy, Lantern heroes and villains, and much more. Piloteer (Free)

Piloteer is a ‘whimsical and serenely challenging physics-based game about learning to fly where a renowned inventor is determined to overcome the stigma associated with flying a jetpack and convince the world that jetpacks should be revered by all‘. This definitely sounds like too much, but as you can see from the video, it’s pretty easy to play. The game comes with an increasingly challenging gameplay with sixty different missions, three beautiful environments, Career and Free Fly modes and much more.
