Microsoft has come up with a buy-back offer which will let users trade in their existing phone and buy the Lumia 535 at a discounted price of Rs 5,999. The offer is available across all authorized resellers of Lumia devices across India starting from August 7 till the stocks last. The company has also published the list of devices that will be covered under this program – which includes older Lumia devices like Lumia 520, 525, 620 etc, Android devices from Karbonn, Gionee etc. and few Nokia Asha series as well. The Lumia 535 was initially launched at Rs 9,199 in India and is now retailing for around Rs 7,000.


Microsoft has also teamed up with Mobikwik wallet and will be offering an additional cashback of up to Rs 3,600 on Mobikwik app. The users will be able to get Rs 300 cashback every month when they add an amount of Rs 300 using the promo code “LUM300” on the MobiKwik wallet. The cashback availed can be utilized within a period of one year.

Buyers who avail this offer will be entitled for a total benefit of around Rs 4,600 which makes this a decent deal.
