Yu seems to be prepping up a new device as import listing has pointed out, the phone in question is badged as Yu 5200. The device has been spotted on Zauba and the listing has been further supported by an appearance on GFXBench as well. The Yu 5200 seems to be yet another mid-range 4G enabled phone which is expected to be priced below Rs 10,000 mark.

The YU 5200 is listed to be equipped with a 5.2-inch FHD display and an octa core Snapdragon 615 coupled with 3GB of RAM under the hood. On the storage front the phone offers 16GB of onboard storage and a microSD card slot. The primary camera unit shapes in the form of 13-Megapixel sensor and the secondary camera is a 5-Megapixel sensor.

Yu 6000 seems to include the usual bevy of connectivity features including 4G/LTE, 3G HSPA+. Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The import price has been listed as Rs 9,036 which further helped us peg the price of the device below Rs 10,000. The chances are that this might be the Yureka Plus successor. The battery is yet to be detailed out and as of now we know that the phone runs on Android Lollipop 5.1.

The competition in this segment has heated up after LeEco launched the Le 1s. Yu had also been spotted importing a 6-inch FHD phablet bearing the model name Yu 6000 which comes powered by a MediaTek MT6753 SoC and a 3GB of RAM. Apart from the change in SoC the Yu 5200 and the Yu 6000 share most of the other innards. The Yu 6000 is also expected to be priced in the range of Rs 9000 to Rs 10000. We will be witnessing a slew of launches lined up in April and in all likelihood both these Yu smartphones might join the list.
