The LeEco Le 2 was recently spotted on the TENAA certification and now it seems that a different variant of device has also marked its presence on the Benchmarks. Dubbed Le 2 pro, the specifications of the device have been listed on both the GFXBench and Geekbench benchmarks. Despite sharing most of its innards with the Le 2 it does come with a bumped up 6GB RAM as opposed to the 4GB in the Le 2.
The Le 2 Pro is expected to come with a 5.5-inch QHD display running Android Marshmallow flavored EUI. In all likelihood, Le 2 Pro might be offered in two variants, one with a 4GBRAM/32GB storage and another with 6GBRAM/64GB internal storage. In case the RAM specifications make you unsure of which device to buy read our recent take on how much RAM you would actually need.
Under the hood the Le 2 Pro comes powered by the Snapdragon 820 laced with the Adreno 530 GPU and on the imaging front we can safely expect a 21-Megapixel primary sensor and a 8-Megapixel secondary sensor. The Le 2 Pro will be backed by a 3100mAh battery pack and will come baked with the usual set of connectivity features including 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1 and Type C USB.
The fingerprint sensor is still positioned below the camera unit and the overall design looks reminiscent to the Le Max Pro. The Le Eco Le 2 pro might be positioned at a price point that would allow it to rival the Xiaomi Mi 5, yet another affordable flagship powered by Snapdragon 820.
Le Eco has been garnering quite a good response ever since they launched in India some months ago. That being said LeEco might push ahead the India launch for Le 2 and the Le 2 Pro, just like most of the other Chinese manufacturers. LeEco is expected to pull the wraps from both the devices on 20th of April at an event in China, it is only after the launch we will be able to confirm the specifications.
