Xiaomi has been one of those smartphone OEMs who has ventured into various categories of smart products starting from rice cookers to smart air purifiers. And the Xiaomi Soocare X3 toothbrush was one of such out of the box devices from the Chinese firm. Now, the Lei Jun led company has upgraded their smart toothbrush with some minor cosmetic toothbrush and an increased motor. They are calling it the Mi Soocare Supers X3 smart toothbrush.
The updated Mi Soocare Supers X3 smart toothbrush from Xiaomi’s stable looks quite similar to the one launched last year. The circular power button of the toothbrush has now been replaced by a larger rectangular button that comes in a brushed metal finish. The change is so subtle that many wouldn’t even notice it.
The Xiaomi Mi Soocare Super X3 smart toothbrush sports a high-performance magnetic levitation sonic motor with a swing speed of 37,200 times per minute. The torque output of this enhanced motor is marked at 230 gf.com (0.023 Nm approx.) This makes it nearly 5% powerful than the motor found in the last generation Mi Soocare X3 smart toothbrush. That aside, the toothbrush packs a 1000mAh battery that promises a battery life of up to 25 days. It also supports wireless charging like its predecessor and takes around 16 hours for a full charge.
The smart electric toothbrush is waterproof and bear an IPX7 certification. As for the bristles, the Xiaomi Mi Soocare X3 smart toothbrush uses the same 0.152mm thin fibers that are made by leading US-based company Du Pont. Xiaomi claims that the high density hair of the toothbrush increases its cleaning coverage area by 40 percent. Besides, the double arc 3D design of the bristles will help clean food particles from every nook and corners of your teeth. That aside, the smart brush comes with a companion app for tracking your usage and the battery level of your device.
The Mi Soocare Supers X3 smart toothbrush is now available for pre-sale in China at a price of 269 Yuan. It is currently available only via the official Xiaomi store.
