Meizu has launched its latest budget offering the M5c. The pricing for the Meizu M5c is yet to be revealed. According to Meizu the M5c is designed keeping in mind its international audience, and the company is expected to launch the phone outside China simultaneously. The Meizu M5c will be available in Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Mainland China, France, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Russia, Spain, Myanmar and New Zealand.
The Meizu M5c comes equipped with a 5-inch HD display and draws power from a quad-core MediaTek SoC clocked at 1.3GHz and paired with 2GB of RAM. On the storage front, the device offers 16GB of internal storage that is further expandable up to 128GB via the microSD card slot. The imaging arrangements on the Meizu M5c include an 8-Megapixel primary sensor and a 5-Megapixel secondary sensor. Other features include a Fingerprint sensor that is built into the home button.
The Meizu M5c runs on Android 7.0 Nougat along with the Flyme OS overlay. Furthermore the device also boasts of One Mind AI system which learns usage patterns and lets you allocate the memory to each of the app in order to achieve the optimum performance. The device is backed by a 3,000mAh non-removable battery and has a polycarbonate body. The Meizu M5c will also support the band 20 4G network, a feature that was not offered by its predecessors.
