Xiaomi has now launched a new smart TV in China. Meet the Xiaomi Mi TV 4C. It’s apparently an enhanced version of the Mi TV 4A that was launched earlier this year. The Chinese OEM has been betting big on its TV game for the past few years. That said, it is yet to bring its TV lineup to its other big markets including India.
The Xiaomi Mi TV 4C features ultra slim 0.9cm black bezels on the sides. This apparently is a notable difference over the Mi TV 4A. The all-new TV comes in two display variants. One rocks a 43-inch display whereas the other features a 55-inch panel. As expected, the smaller 43-inch variant has a Full HD (1,920 x 1,080p) resolution whereas the 55-inch one supports 4K HDR.
Internally, the Xiaomi Mi TV 4C rocks a new hardware. It now comes with an Amlogic T962 quad-core processor and Mali 450 GPU. That aside, it has 2GB DDR4 RAM and 8GB eMMC 5.1 internal memory. Furthermore, the Mi TV 4C comes with a dual band Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 4.2. Both variants of Xiaomi Mi TV 4C support Dolby Atmos and DTS encoded movies. This means, that you don’t need an external player for supporting these movies on the new TV. It’s also worth noting that the 43 inch Xiaomi Mi TV 4C comes with only 1GB RAM.
