The Redmi Note 5 Pro was launched in India in February this year. Ever since the launch, the phone has been sold via a series of flash sales across Flipkart, Mi.com and offline via the Mi Home. Although Xiaomi claimed to have lakhs of units in stock for every flash sale, many people were left unhappy since the phone used to go out of stock within a couple of seconds. Thankfully, Xiaomi has now announced that the Redmi Note 5 Pro pre-order will be available from 12 PM on 13th of April. The smartphone is one of the strongest performers within the Rs 15k price tag and now customers will be able to buy it without the hassles of flash sales.
The Redmi Note 5 Pro preorder announcement is made on both mi.com and MIUI forum. With the pre-orders up and running, one can simply book the phone in advance and Xiaomi will also guarantee priority shipping. That being said, preorders will be capped at one or two smartphones per user and there will be no cash on delivery option.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro offers a 5.99-inch FHD+ 18:9 display set at a resolution of 2160 x 1080p. The Redmi Note 5 comes powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 alongside Adreno 509 GPU. Xiaomi has also announced an AI Camera feature that separates the foreground and background in a much better way.
