The tiny speaker comes with a minimalistic design with portability being the key highlight. The speaker has been launched in India on account of World Music Day celebrated on 21st June.
The Mi Pocket Speaker 2 is said to have a range of about 10 meters and has working temperatures ranging from -10 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius and charges at 5V/1A, i.e., 5W. The dimensions of the Mi Pocket Speaker 2 are 60 x 60 x 93.3m, and the body is made up of polycarbonate and ABS material, while the upper surface is an aluminum alloy. The front of the speaker houses an LED status indicator, and there is also an inbuilt microphone which enables users to place calls using the speaker.
The Mi Pocket Speaker 2 will be available in 2 colors – Black and White and is already being sold, starting today at 12 PM IST, for Rs. 1,499 alongside the more premium Mi Bluetooth Speaker Basic 2.
