Micromax, after a long lull, today returned to the Indian smartphone market with a new Infinity N series. The Indian manufacturer introduced two new phones — the Infinity N11 and N12, both of which feature the standard budget ingredients like tall notch-equipped screens, large batteries, and more.
The Infinity N11 and N12 are nearly identical smartphones, the only difference being that the former has 2GB of RAM and the latter, 3GB. Both have a 6.19-inch 720p screen and are powered by MediaTek’s Helio P22 chipset. There is a large 4000mAh battery and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. In addition, they have 32GB of onboard storage which can be expanded with a MicroSD card.
The Infinity N11 and N12 have two rear cameras — a primary 13-megapixel sensor paired with a 5-megapixel snapper. On the front, you will find a 16-megapixel selfie camera. Both of them come preloaded with Android 8.1, although Micromax claims it will roll out Android Pie in 45 days.
The Micromax Infinity N11 is priced at Rs 8,999, while the N12 costs Rs 9,999. It will go on sale across several offline stores starting from December 26th. The Infinity N12 will be available in three color options — Blue Lagoon, Velvet Red, and Viola.
