HTC has finally unveiled the iterative upgrade to One X9, called the One X10. The HTC One X10 has been launched in Russia and is priced at $355 (apprx. Rs 23,000) and will be made available in Black and Silver colors. That said, HTC is yet to reveal the details of One X10 availability outside of Russia.
The HTC One X10 comes equipped with a 5.5-inch FHD Super LCD display and offers a pixel density of 401ppi along with the Corning Gorilla Glass. Powering the device is the octa-core MediaTek P10 processor paired with a 3GB RAM. On the storage front, the device offers 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD card. The fingerprint sensor is placed at the back.
The imaging arrangements on the HTC X10 include a 16-Megapixel primary sensor with autofocus, BSI sensor, f/2.0 and LED flash. The camera app offers several modes including RAW format, Pro mode, Camera Zoe, Panorama and also Hyperlapse. The front facing camera is an 8-Megapixel sensor with BSI Sensor, f/2.2. On the software side, the HTC One X10 runs on Android along with the SenseUI layering. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11, DLNA, GPS, dual SIM (both 4G) and Miracast.
Backing the HTC One X10 is a 4000mAh battery pack that is rated to last for up to 26 hours of talk time and for 31 days of standby. The One X10 also supports fast charging and comes laced with HTC BoomSound audio feature. As of now, it seems like HTC is going to restrict the One X10 to selective markets.
