As per a recent report from IMRB, Xiaomi India has been awarded for providing the ‘best in class’ service delivery in India and is currently rated amongst the top five smartphones in India when it comes to terms of service delivery. The repair rates for Xiaomi is pegged at 95 percent within a working day.

Thankfully the company is also opening up service centres in tier 3 and tier 4 cities which I always believed lacked adequate customer support. In fact, initially, not many Tier 2 cities in many states including Karnataka had Xiaomi Service centres but things have changed in the recent past. Furthermore, in order to facilitate the after sales support, Xiaomi has set up two call centres, three repair factories and 100 engineers trained to repair the PCBA units.
