The HP Spectre lineup in India has received a new upgrade. The company has today launched the next generation Spectre x360 model. The Spectre lineup is known for sleek looking laptops that pack in a punchy hardware. The new HP Spectre X360 price starts at R 1,15,290 for the i5 Core variant and it goes all the way up to Rs 1,57,290 for the Core i7 variant. The laptop will be available on both online and offline retail channels.

The new HP Spectre x360 is touted as one of the thinnest convertible notebooks in the market and it is pretty light at 1.26kgs. HP claims that they have made some minor changes to the design and this includes a more angular body that is paired with Dark Ash Silver and Copper accents. Other novelties in the Spectre X360 include an integrated privacy screen option and fingerprint login.

Vikram Bedi, Senior Director HP was quoted as follows, “HP is setting new industry standards for design, security and performance” he further added that “Our Spectre portfolio is redefining the premium PC segment, providing unique user experiences that inspire creativity and unlock limitless opportunities to bring incredible ideas to life. The newest Spectre laptops further demonstrate our endeavour to find new and exciting ways to drive momentum in the premium PC market.”

The HP Spectre x360 offers a 13.3-inch diagonal FHD display which is shroud by the micro-edge bezels and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Performance wise the laptop is well equipped and can be had in a choice of Intel 8th Generation i5 and i7 processors. HP is offering a choice of up to 16GB of RAM and storage options of up to 512GB SSD. The convertible is fitted with the HP Wide Vision FHD IR camera that supports facial recognition. HP is claiming a battery life of 16.5 hours. That apart the HP Spectre comes bundled with Windows Ink Certified Pen.
