Honor has today officially launched the Honor 20 Series smartphones at an event in Battersea, London. The company has been teasing about the upcoming smartphones across different social channels and have already hinted about a quad camera setup on the rear. A few days back, Honor had launched the first smartphone under the 20-Series, called Honor 20 Lite, in Malaysia. Honor is also introducing the 20-Series in India at an event slated for June 11. In addition to the Honor 20 Pro, Honor has also launched the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Lite.
In terms of design, the Honor 20 Pro comes with a 3D Triple Mesh technology design with four-sided 3D curved glass and a 6.26-inch punch-hole, all-view display on the front. For authentication, the Honor 20 Pro comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, which according to the company can unlock the smartphone in 0.3 seconds. The fingerprint scanner also doubles as a voice assistant button.
At its core, the Honor 20 is powered by a 7nm-based Kirin 980 AI chipset with Mali-G76MP10 GPU, paired with up 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.1 ultra-fast storage. It has a massive 4000mAh battery with 22.5W SuperCharge that promises up to 50% charge in 30 minutes. Other specifications include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, USB Type-C, Virtual 9.1 Surround Sound, and Huawei Histen 6.0.
In terms of optics, the Honor 20 Pro sports a pro-grade quad camera setup on the rear (48MP primary Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.4 aperture and 4-axis OIS + 16MP super-wide angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture + 8MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture and 4-axis OIS + 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture) and laser autofocus. And on the front, it has a 32MP AI front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and 3D Portrait Lighting for selfies.

The Honor 20 Pro comes in two colors: Phantom Blue and Phantom Black. Honor is also collaborating with Moschino to bring Honor 20 Pro Moschino variant, along with a Moschino case. The Honor 20 Pro comes in 8GB + 256GB variant, priced at €599.
