LeEco has made it to India officially with the Le Max and the Le 1s. While the Le Max is a flagship device from the company the Le 1s is a powerful mid-range device. The Le 1s is priced super aggressively at Rs 10,999 and will be available on Flipkart.

The LeEco Le 1s comes with a smaller 5.5-inch FHD display and it is powered by the octa core MediaTek Helio X10 clocked at 2.2GHz and coupled with a 3GB of RAM. On the imaging front the device packs a 13-Megapixel primary sensor and a 5-Megapixel secondary sensor. The Le 1s seems to be equipped with the fastest fingerprint sensor going by the company claims. The phone also boasts of a peak brightness of 500 nits and the front camera comes with a 85-degree wide angled sensor that can accommodate more people in the frame.

LeEco Le 1s looks great design wise thanks to the neatly chamfered edges and the compact metal frame. The fingerprint sensor is treated with a mirror finish and even this somehow adds up to the appeal of the phone.

The Le 1s is backed by a  3,000mAh battery pack and runs the EUI based on Android Lollipop. The Le 1s offers 32GB of on-board memory which is twice as much as that of its predecessor. On the connectivity front the Le 1s comes with all the features including 4G LTE support and Bluetooth 4.1.

The LeEco Le 1s would be sold exclusively on Flipkart and the registrations have already begun. Flipkart would be further sweetening the deal with a 10% cashback from Axis bank for first day buyers. The flash sale for the Le 1s will be held on 2 of February.

It would be interesting to see how LeEco will be pitching its products in the Indian markets as in China they usually bundle their products with online services which makes it a great value for money proposition. It was refreshing to hear that LeEco has already setup 550 service centers across the country and they also offer free pickup and home delivery.
