This tool must be the best way. why because, in schools/offices, they block the connecting ports and since this tool searches for multiple open ports, it can catch the open port (if at all any) to download.
Somehow I will not support using a software for boosting the torrent speed for many reasons.
1. half of them are fake
2. No support forum
3. Private torrents website discourage using such software
4. I can tweak my utorrent much better without software

As I have mentioned, there are lot of guides available to manually change and tweak the settings. This is just meant to be a tool which automatically makes those changes
