Syska, a brand synonymous with smart home, personal care, and a bunch of other electronic products, has today forayed into the wearables market in the country. The first product to follow this development is the Syska SW100 smartwatch, which features a 1.3-inch display, IP68 water resistance, up to 15 days of battery life, and different activity tracking modes, to name a few.
There is no denying the fact that the smart wearables, particularly those used for fitness and activity tracking, are seeing a rapid rise in adoption for the past couple of years. And the same is expected to witness more increase in the numbers in the years to come. Highlighting the same, Syska suggests that the Indian market experienced a 168.3% on-year growth in 2019, with close to 14.9 million units shipped.

In terms of design, the Syska SW100 comes with an aluminum body frame with IP68 water resistance. The strap is detachable and is made of thermoplastic polyurethane. Upfront, the smartwatch features a 1.3-inch touch screen LCD display with support form custom watch faces.

Talking about performance, the Syska SW100 pairs using Bluetooth, and supports both Android and iOS platforms. It can be synced with the Syska Fit app to access a bunch of features and perform customization operations. Some of these actions include the ability to change wallpapers and watch faces, monitor heart-rate and sleeping patterns, along with stats on fitness and activity tracking.
Moving long, in terms of other features, with the SW100, users can also get notifications for calls, SMS, email, and other reminders, right on to their wrist. Furthermore, the Syska Fit app also offers personalized tips and insights based on your activity tracking and monitoring. In terms of battery life, Syska suggests the smartwatch offers up to 15 days of battery life on a single charge, with 40 days of standby time.

The Syska SW100 smartwatch is priced at Rs 3,999. However, as part of an introductory offer, the smartwatch can be availed for a price of Rs 2,499 on Flipkart. It is already up for sale.
