Huawei sub-brand Honor has today launched two new products: Watch ES and Watch GS Pro, in India. Both products were announced at the IFA 2020 trade show in Berlin last month and now make their way in the country. They will be available for purchase during Flipkart’s Big Billion Days and Amazon’s Great Indian Festival sale. Here’s a look at the specifications of these smartatches in detail.
Honor Watch GS Pro
The Honor Watch GS Pro is inspired by an adventure lifestyle, with a rugged design claimed to survive tough environments. It is MIL-STD-810G certified and water-resistant up to 5ATM, which should attract outdoor enthusiasts. Upfront, the watch features a circular dial with a 1.39-inch (454×454 pixels) AMOLED touch screen display and offers personalizable watch faces. Watch GS Pro comes in three colors: Black, White, and Camo Blue.
On the inside, the Watch GS Pro runs on Huawei’s Kirin A1 chip. It claims to offer a 25-day battery life on a single charge. Talking about sensors, you get a 24/7 heart-rate monitor, SpO2 monitor, and sleep/stress monitor. In terms of activity tracking, the watch suggests offering 100+ workout modes along with a host of other features, not to mention, built-in GPS that helps users track their run without requiring their smartphone.
Honor Watch ES
The Honor Watch ES, compared to the Watch GS Pro, is a toned-down version with a slightly reduced set of features. It features a rectangular display, which is an AMOLED and comes in at 1.64-inch (450×280 pixels), with personalizable watch faces. Watch ES comes in three colorways: Icelandic White, Coral Pink, and Meteorite Black.
As per the company, the Watch ES comes with 95 workout modes and offers a 10-day battery life on a single charge. It comes with fast-charging support, which is claimed to charge the battery to 70% in just 30 minutes. Moreover, the watch features automatic workout recognition and includes sensors for a 24/7 heart rate monitoring and SpO2 monitoring.

As for availability, the Watch GS Pro will be available starting October 16 on Flipkart, whereas the Watch ES will be available for purchase on Amazon from October 17.
